What is In-Store Pickup?

Our in-store pickup service allows you to make a purchase online at DavidYurman.com and pick up the item at a participating David Yurman boutique.

Can I pick up from any David Yurman store?

Currently, only select David Yurman boutiques are eligible for in-store pickup services. We plan for more David Yurman boutiques to provide Store Pickup services in the future.

Can I pick up from an authorized retailer?

Items ordered online at DavidYurman.com may only be picked up from a participating David Yurman boutique. Some DY authorized retailers provide in-store pickup services for their store locations. Please contact the DY authorized retailer directly to determine if in-store pickup services are available.

How do I know if pickup is available at my store?

Our online store locator indicates if a David Yurman boutique currently offers in-store pickup services. You may also select the 'Pick up at a David Yurman Boutique' button on an eligible product page to find a participating store location near you to pick up the item.

Are all items online eligible for pickup at a store?

Most items found online at DavidYurman.com are eligible for in-store pickup services. An item will show available for pickup if in-store pickup services are available at the selected location and there is sufficient inventory to complete the order.

How do I know which items are available for pickup at my store?

Eligible items will have an interactive pickup option displayed on the product page. Select 'Pick up at a David Yurman boutique' to provide your location and select a participating store near you. If the selected store has sufficient inventory to complete the order, the pickup option will become available for selection.

How do I place an order for In-store pickup?

Select the option to 'Pick up at a David Yurman boutique' and enter your zip code to find a participating David Yurman boutique in your area. Once your preferred store has been selected simply click 'Add to Bag' to order from this location.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive a Ready for Pickup email notification when your item is ready to be picked up. If you have placed your order before 2:00PM, you should receive this email within four hours. If you have placed your order after 2:00PM, you may receive this email the following business day.

What if I never received my Order Confirmation or Ready for Pickup notification?

Please check your SPAM or junk folders for the email address provided during online checkout. If you still don’t see your email notifications, please contact us via email, chat or phone for assistance.

How long does it take for my order to be ready for pickup?

If you have placed your order before 2:00PM, you should receive the pickup notification email within four hours. If you have placed your order after 2:00PM, you may receive this email the following business day.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

Please bring the following with you to pick up your order: 1. A copy of your Store Pickup email notification is recommended. 2. A Government-issued id. Note that the name must match the customer name on your Store Pickup email notification.

Will sales tax be charged on my pickup order?

Sales tax will be charged according to the tax jurisdiction of the pickup store location. For example, if a Store Pickup is placed for a store in New York City, New York sales tax will be charged.

How long will you hold my order for pickup?

Orders will be held in the David Yurman boutique for three days after you place your order. If you have not picked up your order by the last day, you will receive an email that allows you to extend your order for another three day period.

What happens if I can't pick up my order in time?

Orders that cannot be picked up within three days of placing the order will automatically be cancelled, unless you have opted to extend your order for another three day period.

How do I know if my order is still available for pick up or if it's already been cancelled?

You can login to your David Yurman online account where your order will show as cancelled, or contact us via email, chat or phone to confirm your order status.

Can I extend my pickup time if I can't make it before it expires?

Yes, we are pleased to allow a one-time three day extension of your pickup time. If you are unable to pickup your order on the day your pick up order is scheduled to expire, you will receive an email that allows you to extend your order for another three day period.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please contact us via email, chat or phone at 1-888-DYURMAN (1-888-398-7626) if you need assistance in changing or canceling your pickup order.
