Throughout the holiday season, we are pleased to offer an extended return policy. Purchases made at a David Yurman boutique or on DavidYurman.com, beginning October 28, 2024, placed through December 24, 2024, may be returned or exchanged through January 23, 2025, with a sales receipt for a full refund to the gift purchaser.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition, with all protective or other materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them, as well as with the original box/container. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewellery and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.

After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) back to a David Yurman store for return or exchange.
David Yurman Stores France Any merchandise purchased in a full-price David Yurman store can be returned or exchanged at any of our full-price boutiques.

We are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com and David Yurman store purchases returned within 14 days of their purchase date unless otherwise required by law.

For online returns, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label for items purchased on France David Yurman official website. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing. For online exchange, please return and place a new order.

As soon as Davidyurman.com has accepted your cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments, as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be accepted in the Klarna app immediately and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
