METEORITE
The 4-billion-year-old Gibeon meteorite,
weighing between 50 and 70 tons, burst into smaller
fragments high in the atmosphere and fell to Earth
sometime between 10,000 and 30,000 years ago. Evan Yurman,
David and Sybil’s son, chose Gibeon meteorite for its unique
markings and patterns—each specimen is beautifully one-of-a-kind.

Used in sports cars, golf clubs and
ocean-racing speedboats, Forged Carbon is a cutting-edge
material that’s 3.5 times stronger than steel, but 65% lighter.
Our innovative take on the modern material fuses carbon
nanotubes and resin with precious metal using extreme heat and
pressure—a process that David Yurman developed specifically for
fine jewelry. The distinctive designs are then polished to
reveal the graphic composition of the forged carbon matrices and
the radiant beauty of sterling silver and 18K gold.

Named after the immortal and
indestructible Titans of Greek mythology, titanium is the
only element possessing the strength of steel while
remaining lightweight—comparable to aluminum. These qualities
make it ideal for use in aerospace, military and industrial
applications. In distinctive jewelry designs, its quiet elegance
is revealed.
